Metafort – 2024
Elsa and Arnaud will be delighted to welcome you from Friday 23 February 2024, the opening date of Metafort for the 2024 season. The price of the rooms and gîtes depends on the season
The price of the rooms and gîtes depends on the season
- Mid Season: 23 February to 30 May (excluding May long week-ends from 1st to 11 May included and 17 to 19 May included), 29 September to 12 November (included)
- High Season: may long week-ends (from 1st to 11 May included and 17 to 19 May included), from 31 May to 30 June, from 1st to 28 September (included) Very High Season: from 1st to to 31 August (included)
- Very High Season: from 1st to to 31 August (included)
- Special offer of -15% for any stay of 2, 3, 4 or 5 nights depending on the season (see price list above)
- Our prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding tourist tax (0,70€/person/day), for a 2-person occupancy, per room and per night. Our prices include home-made breakfast served in the common room, daily cleaning service (except on Sundays), bath towels, pool towels, a large shared kitchen, a shared fridge and a barbecue.
Reservations:
- Booking is possible from 2 consecutive nights in Mid Season, 3 consecutive nights in May (long weekends), in High and Very High Season. And for one week/7days for THE FLAT in July and August.
- Deposit: a 20% deposit is required before we can confirm your booking by e-mail.
- Check-in: arrival from 4am to 9a. / Check-out at 11am
- Cancellation conditions: you can cancel your booking free of charge until 30 days prior to your arrival (in that case we will reimburse your 20% deposit). Should you cancel your booking between 30 and 15 days prior to your arrival, a 20% fee will be charged. Should you cancel your booking in the last 15 days prior to your arrival, a 50% fee will be charged.
- Payment: we accept payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa), bank cheque or French holiday vouchers, cash or bank transfer (all in euros). The cost of the transfer is borne by the Customer.
- Metafort gift cards are valid during the low and medium seasons only, for any stay of 2 consecutive nights or more.
In our 17th century guest house:
- It is forbidden to smoke at the edge of the gorge for obvious reasons of fire risk. We have a smoking area in the garden porch. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the garden to avoid fire.
- Eating in the rooms is not allowed
- Pets: following too many bad experiences, we no longer allow pets in the house
- Our guesthouse has many steps and most of the rooms are on the first floor, without a lift. Metafort is therefore not suitable for people with motor difficulties.
- Our house is perched on a steep canyon. For safety and insurance reasons, we accept babies before their first steps and then children from 14 years old.
- Each of our bedrooms is planned for 2 persons. Should a 3rd person in DIAMANTINA decide to share the same space, an additional daily fee of 40 euros will be charged (including breakfast and extra bed). Please mention it when booking, so we can confirm availability before your arrival. If needed we can provide free of charge a cot for your baby.
